Meet your library director:
Erin LaBelle
A Little About your director:
My name is Erin LaBelle, and I have the honor of serving as the Director of the Runnells Community Library. I became director in February 2022, after joining the library as a part-time employee when my youngest started kindergarten. Within a year, I stepped into the director role, and it has been a privilege to serve this community ever since.
Libraries have been a meaningful part of my life from childhood onward—from spending hours in my hometown library to shelving books in my twenties. I’m also a mother of four, and the values of learning, curiosity, and connection guide both my family and my work.
Since 2022, I’ve loved watching our library grow into a true community hub, with participation and attendance rising year after year. Seeing more people walk through our doors, gather, learn, and connect has been one of the greatest joys of this role.
Thank you to the Runnells community for your trust and support. I’m grateful every day to help make our library a welcoming place for everyone.
